Steve Yount - President

Steve Yount co-founded Sarbox Solutions in May 2003 and has served as President since inception of the business. Steve has over 25 years of experience leading teams in finance and operations. This includes nearly 10 years experience as a CFO or COO with two publicly traded companies – Concur Technologies and INTERLINQ Software. Steve earned his CPA certificate in 1982 and graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington in 1980.

Peter Sullivan - Manager

Peter Sullivan has 23 years of experience in financial and operational management. This includes 3 years experience as a Manager with Sarbox Solutions, 10 years experience as a CFO of two privately-held companies and seven years with a “Big 4” accounting firm. Peter earned his CPA certificate in 1985 and graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington in 1983 and a MBA from the University of Arizona in 1992.

Rina Patel - Manager

Rina Patel has 17 yrs of experience in financial and operational management. This includes 3 years of Project Management experience for Sarbanes Oxley projects for numerous companies. Rina earned her MBA in 1989 from University of New Haven, CT and graduated with MS in Economics and BA in Accounting from MS University of Baroda, India in 1986.
